FRONT OFFICE ASSOCIATE & LEASING AGENT
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a customer-driven and detail oriented Front Office Associate & Leasing Agent for a well-established local company based in Gulfport, MS. Knowledge of the area and a love for our community is definitely a plus. As our Front Office Associate, you'll be the welcoming voice and organized mind that keeps our operations running smoothly. If you're detail-oriented, personable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to meet you!
Pay Rate 
$16.00 per hour
 
Schedule and Hours 
Monday through Saturday, 8:00am to 6:00pm.  With a day off during the week and every Sunday off.
 
Front Office Associate & Leasing Agent Duties and Responsibilities 
• Greet clients, vendors, and visitors with professionalism and warmth
• Manage incoming calls, emails and front desk inquiries
• Execute leasing contracts, maintain accurate records and assist with administrative documentation
• Coordinate appointments, deliveries, and internal communications
• Support office staff with clerical tasks and scheduling
• Ensure the front remains organized, clean, and efficient
 
Front Office Associate & Leasing Agent Qualifications and Requirements 
• Previous experience in administrative or front desk roles preferred 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment 
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• A positive attitude and a team-first mindset 
• Criminal background check and drug screen will be conducted
