Mid-Level Landscape Architect


Job Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing land planning and engineering documents including feasibility studies, site plans, landscape plans, and grading plans

  • Perform site evaluations, research existing conditions, and support report preparation and cost estimation

  • Apply knowledge of zoning regulations, codes, and design standards

  • Prepare presentation materials and assist with proposals and RFP responses

  • Participate in client meetings, design discussions, and agency coordination

  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure project quality and accuracy

  • Support internal knowledge sharing and team development initiatives

  • Represent the organization at professional events and meetings when required

  • Conduct fieldwork including site inspections and environmental surveys


Qualifications and Certifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture

  • Licensed Landscape Architect or actively pursuing licensure

  • 4-7 years of relevant professional experience in site or civil design projects
