Responsibilities include specimen collection and processing, patient education, and analysis of waived testing. This position serves patients in both the hospital and clinic setting. Additionally, this position supports clinical testing, general lab operations, and will be responsible for other tasks based on qualifications and experience, as deemed necessary to meet regulatory compliance, organizational/departmental goals and to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the department. - Vocational training in the area of laboratory assistant, lab aide or phlebotomy
- 1+ years laboratory experience or degree in a Laboratory Assistant program
- CPR certification

- Maintain the integrity of highly confidential business and patient information
- Display and promote high standards of ethical conduct and behaviors consistent with organizational standards
- Exhibit excellent communication and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and electronic medical records
