We’re passionate about helping our customers find the right products to fit their needs, and we’re looking for a friendly and motivated individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate – Weekend Shift. As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the products that best suit their needs.
• Share your knowledge about kratom, CBD, and botanical products (don’t worry, we’ll provide training!).
• Accurately process transactions using our Apple-based POS system, including cash, card, and digital payments.
• Recommend complementary products and upsell to enhance the customer experience.

• Hand-weigh orders using scales and package products with precision.
• Apply product labels and stickers with attention to detail.
• Use heat sealers to ensure secure packaging.

• Keep displays clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking.
• Maintain a spotless workspace by cleaning, restocking, and preparing waste.
• Handle store opening and closing procedures efficiently.

No prior experience? No problem! We’re happy to provide training to help you succeed in this role. Here’s what we’re looking for in our ideal candidate: - A friendly, approachable attitude and excellent customer service skills. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle tasks with precision. - A willingness to learn about our products and share that knowledge with customers. - Dependability and the ability to work independently during weekend shifts.
