We're looking for a dependable and hardworking Kitchen Steward to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen while supporting our culinary team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do...
• Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashing equipment and by hand as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized dish room and kitchen work areas.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors and remove trash and recyclables throughout each shift.
• Clean and sanitize food preparation areas, equipment, and storage areas.
• Restock clean dishes, cookware, utensils, and supplies for the kitchen team.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries as directed.
• Support the kitchen team with basic cleaning and organizational tasks.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Report equipment maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support kitchen operations.
