Trolley Tour Guide Position Summary
Rainbow Adventures LLC is seeking an energetic, professional, and customer-focused Trolley Tour Guide to provide exceptional transportation and tour experiences for weddings, private events, charters, and sightseeing tours. This position requires a positive attitude, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to create memorable guest experiences while maintaining the highest safety standards.
Because our busiest periods include weekends, evenings, holidays, and peak tourism seasons, applicants must be available to work these times.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Safely operate company trolleys while following all traffic laws and company safety policies.
  • Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Provide engaging narration and local information during tours when applicable.
  • Transport wedding parties, corporate groups, and special event guests safely and on schedule.
  • Assist guests with boarding and exiting the trolley.
  • Communicate professionally with dispatch, event coordinators, and management.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns.
  • Follow event timelines while remaining flexible to accommodate schedule changes.
  • Assist with loading and unloading approved guest items when necessary.
  • Represent Rainbow Adventures LLC in a professional manner at all times.
Required Qualifications
  • Valid Class B Commercial Driver License (CDL) with Passenger (P) endorsement required.
  • Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Medical Card) or ability to obtain prior to employment.
  • Clean driving record and ability to meet company insurance requirements.
  • Must successfully pass all pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing as required by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and company policy.
  • Ability to safely operate a passenger trolley carrying guests in accordance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively at all times.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience operating passenger vehicles such as trolleys, buses, shuttles, or motorcoaches.
  • Knowledge of Sedona attractions and local history, or willingness to learn.
  • Experience working weddings, private events, tourism, or hospitality.
