Job description

Airtech International is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Production Controller to join our manufacturing team. This key role will support production planning, scheduling, and inventory coordination to ensure efficient manufacturing operations in our fast-paced environment producing high-performance composite materials and vacuum bagging products.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands while optimizing resource utilization.
  • Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods; coordinate with purchasing and production teams to avoid shortages or overstock.
  • Track production progress, identify bottlenecks, and communicate status updates to supervisors and relevant departments.
  • Generate reports on production metrics, including output, efficiency, and on-time delivery performance.
  • Assist in capacity planning and forecasting for upcoming production runs.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to production control processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with quality, engineering, and materials teams to resolve scheduling or material-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records in ERP/MRP systems and ensure data integrity.

Qualifications Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
