Job description

Hands on Controller / Accounting Manager needed for a family-owned business in Marietta, Georgia.  Since 1995, Can You Imagine, LLC has been a leader in the design and production of gifts and promotional items for the multi-family industry.  Minimum 5 years of experience leading the accounting function, including managing team members. Candidates must be proficient in utilizing and optimizing accounting and financial software. (NetSuite experience is a huge plus.) This position is a keystone part of our organization and success and, as a result, you will be an integral part of our strategic leadership team.

Roles & Responsibilities

Hands on management of the Finance function, including:

  • Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
  • Cash Management & Forecasting
  • Inventory Management
  • Bank account and credit card account reconciliations
  • Journal Entries & General Ledger close
  • Monthly Financial Statements
  • Procurement
  • Payroll (using 3rd party provider) including annual W-2/1099 filings
  • Oversee setup of bills of material and new gifts
  • Assist with annual and periodic gift pricing/costing
  • Weekly Sales & KPI reports
  • Ad Hoc reporting & analysis
  • Optimizing NetSuite (reports, processes, etc.)
  • Annual Budgeting & Periodic Forecasting
  • Monthly Sales Tax reporting
  • Proficient in MS Office and Excel

In addition, position is responsible for HR duties including new hire paperwork, Simple IRA administration, maintaining benefits and compliance.
