Job description

The EE US Implementation Field Worker (IFW) serves local churches by equipping believers to confidently share the Gospel through Evangelism Explosion ministry strategy and training. This position focuses on building relationships with pastors and church leaders, implementing EE training within churches, and encouraging churches toward a culture of evangelism and discipleship.

The IFW will work closely with the EE USA team to support ministry initiatives, provide training and coaching within the local church implementations, and assist churches in effectively carrying out evangelism ministry. This role requires strong communication, ministry leadership, administrative ability, and a personal commitment to the mission and vision of Evangelism Explosion International. The IFW reports to their region’s Team leader(s) under the supervision of the US National Director.

The ideal candidate demonstrates spiritual maturity, professionalism, relational warmth, and a clear calling to evangelism equipping ministry. This is a support-raised missionary position requiring dependence upon God and proactive development of ministry partners and financial support.
