Walden on Lake Conroe Community Improvement Association (WCIA) is seeking an energetic, creative, and results-driven person to assist the WCIA Marketing and Communications director.
This position will help develop and execute strategies that promote community amenities, restaurants, special events, resident engagement, and the overall Walden brand. This position is responsible for digital marketing, social media, website management, advertising, public relations, photography, graphic design coordination, and community communications.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing social media platforms, websites, email marketing, and digital content
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing/design software
