Outside Sales Representative — Northern AB, SK & MB (Remote, Edmonton-based) Designer's Choice Resource Centre (DCRC) is Canada's only full-service interior design resource centre. From our Calgary showroom and workroom, we supply fabrics, wall coverings, drapery hardware, blinds, area rugs, and furniture to interior designers, architects, workrooms, and design professionals across Western Canada. We're growing — and we're hiring our first Edmonton-based Outside Sales Representative to own the Northern Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba territory. The Role You'll be the face of DCRC across three provinces, building relationships with interior designers, retail design firms, architects, home staging companies, and workrooms. In Edmonton and area, you'll be on the road regularly meeting clients, presenting new collections, and growing existing accounts. In Saskatchewan and Manitoba, where we see strong potential in the commercial design market, you'll travel 2–3 times per year aligned with our spring and fall product launches to develop new business. You'll work from a home office, attend our weekly sales team meeting online, and travel to Calgary HQ for training and team events as needed. Who You Are * 3–7 years of outside sales experience, ideally in interior design, window coverings, fabrics, building products, or a related B2B trade * Comfortable presenting to design professionals and reading a room * Self-directed — you can run your own week without someone looking over your shoulder * Strong existing relationships in the Alberta, Saskatchewan, or Manitoba design community are a major asset * Reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence What We Offer * $50,000 base salary plus uncapped commission * Health & Benefits plan * A defined territory with real room to grow — your year-one mandate is to double territory revenue * Access to a curated portfolio of premium fabric, wallcovering, hardware, and furniture lines * The backing of a Calgary-based team that handles quoting, manufacturing, and install so you can focus on selling
