ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a sales account representative for Paul Sagun State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency by having thorough conversations with prospects and current customers in order to identify and meet their needs, and through building relationships with people. You improve the lives of our customers by better protecting them and their families financially and providing an exemplary customer service experience.
I have been an agent in the Louisville community for over 25 years.  I pride myself on having a team that enjoys working together, having fun, and taking care of our customers.  We always put our customer's needs first, and making sure their needs are met.  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proactively make outbound phone calls to prospects to provide updated insurance quotes. 
  • Assist customers with policy applications and reviewing accounts at policy renewal to identify additional product opportunities.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Hitting monthly quote and sales targets. 
  • Obtain Google reviews through providing exceptional customer service. 
  • Earn referrals from current customers. 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
  • Must have or be willing to obtain Kentucky licenses for property, casualty, life, and health insurance.
