Familiarity with insurance management software, CRM systems, and, eventually, state insurance licensing is typically required. The training often involves both classroom-style learning and shadowing opportunities, allowing you to build product knowledge and customer service skills in a supportive environment. You’ll be encouraged to collaborate with peers, ask questions, and participate in role-playing scenarios to prepare for real client interactions.
