Job description

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cabinetry Installation Field Manager to lead our installation teams in the Queen Creek/San Tan area. This energetic role is perfect for someone with a passion for craftsmanship, strong hands-on leadership skills, and a deep understanding of residential cabinetry and construction processes. This position is responsible for overseeing residential and multifamily cabinet installation projects from pre-installation through final completion. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards while serving as the primary liaison between installation crews, operations, builders, and customers. The ideal candidate is an experienced cabinet installer with strong leadership skills who is comfortable managing crews, troubleshooting field issues, performing quality inspections, and assisting with installations when needed.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple cabinet installation projects from start to finish.
  • Conduct pre-installation site inspections to verify job readiness and material accuracy.
  • Lead, coach, and support installation crews and subcontractors while ensuring quality workmanship.
  • Perform field quality inspections, complete punch lists, and resolve installation issues.
  • Assist with cabinet installation, adjustments, repairs, and troubleshooting when required.
  • Coordinate daily with scheduling, warehouse, production, and project teams to maintain project timelines.
  • Communicate effectively with builders, superintendents, homeowners, and internal teams regarding project status and field issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies and OSHA standards.
  • Complete required documentation, field reports, and change orders accurately and timely.

Required

  • 5+ years of cabinet installation experience.
  • 2+ years of field leadership or crew management experience.
  • Extensive field knowledge of cabinet installation techniques and the ability to perform touch ups, adjustments to doors , install crown molding and other cabinet related items
  • Strong construction practices.
  • Ability to read blueprints, layouts, and construction plans.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record – MVR check.

Preferred

  • Experience in residential production homebuilding or multifamily construction.
  • Experience managing subcontractor installation crews.
  • Familiarity with ERP, scheduling, or project management software.
  • OSHA certification and bilingual (English/Spanish) are a plus.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work on active construction sites throughout the day.
  • Frequently lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 75 lbs. with assistance.
  • Ability to travel between multiple jobsites within the assigned market.

Work Environment

  • Field-based position with frequent travel to job sites.
  • Regular exposure to construction environments, tools, noise, and varying weather conditions.
  • Physical activities include standing, bending, lifting, and working in confined spaces.
  • May require extended hours, overtime, and weekend work based on project demands.
