Job description

SUMMARY:ย ย ย ย ย  This position is responsible for assisting Vision Room Technician in the operation and production maintenance of the automated vision inspection systems.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

ย ย ย ย ย  Operate automated vision equipment.

ย ย ย ย ย  Maintain and upkeep quality data collection systems.

ย ย ย ย ย  Maintain and modify product lay down area as needed.

ย ย ย ย ย  Prepare inspected product for auditing and warehousing.

ย ย ย ย ย  Perform routine APCO changes on automated vision equipment.

ย ย ย ย ย  O-Ring packaging and warehousing.

ย ย ย ย ย  Perform other duties as required or requested.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITES:

ย ย ย ย ย  None

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

ย ย ย ย ย  High school diploma or GED; and two years of manufacturing experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

ย ย ย ย ย  Must be able to read, write and speak in English and possess interpersonal skills.

ย ย ย ย ย  Must be able to complete basic math formulas that include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

ย ย ย ย ย  Must have relevant technical skills.

ย ย ย ย ย  Must be able to use SAP software.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

ย ย ย ย ย  Work environment consists of manufacturing which may be exposed to noise, heat, and rubber smells.

ย ย ย ย ย  Exposure to loud noise levels for up to 2/3 of the time.
