Chicago Marriott Northwest is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support overall hotel operations and assist the General Manager in leading daily operations, guest service, team management, and brand compliance.

Requirements:
• Marriott full-service hotel experience required
• Strong leadership and hotel operations background
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team management skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management or related field preferred
• 5-10 years of hospitality industry experience required
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience as Assistant General Manager, Executive Assistant Manager, or similar leadership role preferred
