Position Summary:
As the Assistant Construction Project Manager, you will play a vital role in managing project schedules, budgets, documentation, and compliance requirements for federal government construction projects. You'll work closely with project managers, subcontractors, procurement, and government agencies to ensure smooth and successful project execution from pre-construction through close-out.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in project management software
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred (but not required with equivalent experience)

Preferred Qualifications:
  • OSHA 30 certification
