Job description

Independent Cleaning Contractors (Large Crew-Based Only)

If your idea of "clean" goes beyond surface-level-and your crew can reset an entire property like guests are walking in for the very first time-we want to work with you.

We are currently onboarding established cleaning crews (5+ team members only) to service a high volume of vacation rental properties (Airbnb, cabins, and short-term rentals) across the area. These are fast-paced turns that require efficiency, consistency, and serious attention to detail.

This is not for individuals or small teams - we are looking to partner with larger, experienced crews at this time.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Performing full turnover cleans for vacation rental properties

  • Preparing homes to guest-ready condition on tight timelines

  • Managing team workflow efficiently across multiple jobs

  • Maintaining consistent, high-quality standards across every property

What We're Looking For
  • Established crews of 5 or more (non-negotiable)

  • Experience with vacation rentals and Airbnb turnovers

  • Ability to handle multiple properties and quick turnarounds

  • Strong attention to detail (missed items are not an option)

  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel between properties

  • Strong communication and team coordination

  • Weekend and holiday availability (required in this industry)

  • Professionalism, speed, and pride in your work

Why Crews Choose to Work With Us
  • Consistent volume of work

  • Opportunity to scale with additional properties

  • Organized scheduling and clear expectations

  • Fast-paced environment for teams that like to stay busy

  • Performance-based earning potential

Important Notes
  • This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity

  • Crews must provide their own:

    • Cleaning supplies

    • Equipment

    • Labor

    • Insurance (as required)

  • Work is assigned on a per-job basis

If your crew is reliable, efficient, and takes cleaning seriously-we're ready to put you to work.

Serious inquiries only. We are only onboarding a limited number of crews.
