We are currently looking for a Site Superintendent to join our construction team.As a Site Superintendent, you will assist in the development and build of remarkable buildings, fostering enduring relationships with our people, partners, and clients while maintaining the Broccolini core values, One Team, One Dream, Caring at our Core, Powered by Passion and We Make it Happen.


Vacancy Status:Future Opportunity (24 month contract)

What does it look like to be a Site Superintendent at Broccolini:

  • Coordinate day-to-day site activities to ensure work meets contract documents, schedules, and quality standards
  • Support health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance, including orientations, inspections, and safety talks
  • Manage and document site activities, including daily logs, worker hours, materials, equipment, and deliveries
  • Assist with project scheduling (MS Project), risk management, and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and authorities to address site challenges and maintain progress
  • Supervise, mentor, and coach field staff while promoting a safe and productive work environment.


What you bring:

  • High school diploma required; diploma/degree in Civil Engineering Technology or related field preferred
  • 6+ years of progressive on-site construction supervision experience
  • Knowledge of construction documents, regulations, and safety practices
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software
  • Valid drivers license


Working Conditions:

  • Full-time, 24 month contract, assigned to 1 project (site office + field presence)
