Located in the heart of Chicago, our surgical center boasts a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including five physicians and five nurse practitioners, all collaborating to provide top-notch medical services. This onsite position requires working in a state-of-the-art surgical center, equipped with the latest technology and medical tools. Our collaborative team atmosphere fosters professional growth and sharing of best practices, ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care from initial consultation through treatment and follow-up. The typical work schedule consists of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with the clinic closing at 5:00 PM.

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and review patient medical histories to assess health conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including blood tests and imaging studies, to support accurate diagnosis.
• Diagnose health conditions and illnesses, providing appropriate treatment plans that address both acute and chronic issues.
• Prescribe medications and monitor patient responses to treatment regimens.
• Maintain precise medical records and manage patient scheduling to optimize clinic operations.
• Educate patients and their families about disease prevention, treatment options, and overall health maintenance.
• Foster a healthy team environment by collaborating with fellow healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes.
• Participate in continuous professional development and contribute to research initiatives within the clinic.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
• A valid Illinois State Physician Assistant license and certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (PA-C).
• A current DEA number is essential for prescribing medications.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting is mandatory; specialties in areas such as acute care, internal medicine, or urgent care are highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Exemplary interpersonal skills, demonstrating compassion and understanding in patient interactions.

• Experience in a surgical setting will be considered a strong advantage.
• Bilingual candidates will be preferred but are not required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of health care regulations and ethical standards.

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 140,000 – 180,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a comprehensive salary, employees are entitled to an extensive benefits package, which includes:
