Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)$10,000 Sign-On Bonus – Evening & Overnight

Crawford Care Center is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for Full-Time opportunities with a $10,000 sign-on bonus available for select shifts.

Sign-On Bonus Eligibility:

*Must work full-time 3p-11p or 11p-7a to qualify*

  • Bonus paid bi-weekly over 2 years.
  • Available to new full-time hires only.
  • Not eligible for previous employees or agency staff.

Limited positions available.

CNA Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including mobility, meals, hygiene, and hydration
• Provide compassionate personal care
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff
• Accurately document food and fluid intake
• Assist with feeding and nutritional supplements
• Maintain clean and safe resident environments
• Transport residents safely throughout the facility
• Follow all facility policies and professional standards
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all regulations

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Certification
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Genuine passion for senior care
