Medical Lifeline Hospital is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled full-time Surgical Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team in Glendale, Arizona. Work Environment

This full-time position will be conducted onsite at our Surgical Center in Glendale, AZ. You will be integrated into a well-respected team within a fast-paced and collaborative environment focused solely on surgical services. With a structured 5-day work week totaling 40 hours, you will have a predictable schedule that allows you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. As part of our team, you will not have call responsibilities, enabling you to focus exclusively on providing exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage your own patient panel while also assisting with physician overflow, ensuring comprehensive care for all patients.
  • Collaborate closely with attending Medical Doctors, ensuring seamless integration of care and ongoing support for complex cases.
  • Practicing exclusively within a clinic-based setting, you will engage primarily in outpatient services.
  • Perform essential procedures, including IUD placements, Nexplanon insertions, endometrial biopsies, vulvar biopsies, colposcopies (if trained), and circumcisions (if trained). Training in these areas will be provided to ensure competency.
  • Participate in the Advanced Practice Clinicians (APC) council, which focuses on continuous improvement, resources, and policy development.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve a diverse population of patients seeking routine and specialized obstetric and gynecologic care. By providing tailored care plans and thorough follow-ups, you will play a significant role in optimizing health outcomes for women in various life stages. Qualifications
  • Current Physician Assistant Certification.
  • Unrestricted State Medical License in Arizona.
  • A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited program; a Master's Degree in Physician Assistant studies is preferred.

  • Strong foundation in Obstetrics and Gynecology through academic coursework or clinical practice.
  • Familiarity with EPIC EMR or similar electronic medical record systems.

Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting, preferably within Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Compensation and Benefits
