This position is an onsite role within our Surgical Center, which is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities designed to support a variety of surgical and non-surgical pain management procedures. You will work closely with a team of physicians, surgeons, and healthcare staff in a fast-paced yet collaborative environment, ensuring that you have the resources and support necessary to provide exceptional patient care. Regular weekdays are the norm, with occasional evening or weekend shifts to ensure that all patient needs are met efficiently.

• Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations and pain assessments to identify the underlying causes of patients’ discomfort.
• Formulate and implement personalized treatment strategies that integrate medical, pharmacological, and intervention techniques.
• Deliver ongoing support to patients with chronic pain, focusing on improving functionality and overall well-being.
• Address and manage acute pain in the postoperative setting utilizing evidence-based practices to minimize discomfort.
• Prescribe, administer, and adjust medications for pain relief, closely monitoring patients for therapeutic efficacy and adverse effects.
• Perform and supervise interventional procedures such as nerve blocks and epidural injections to optimize pain management outcomes.
• Provide patient education on pain management techniques, including lifestyle modifications and self-care strategies.
• Maintain thorough and accurate electronic health records (EHR), ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

You will primarily serve patients dealing with chronic pain conditions, acute pain from injuries, and postoperative patients. The diverse client population signifies a variety of treatment plans tailored to address their unique needs. • Bachelor's degree from an accredited PA program, with licensure and certification as a Physician Assistant.
• Possession of an active state medical license in good standing.
• Strong clinical background in Pain Management, including evidence of specialized training.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a demonstrable patient-centered approach.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and best practices in documentation.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in Pain Management.

• Prior experience in a surgical setting or pain management clinic is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 260,000 to USD 610,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
