Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing the nursing department to achieve our organization's mission and goals

  • Provide guidance and support to nurses, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure excellent clinical outcomes and exceptional customer service

  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care and patient satisfaction
