What are the roles and responsibilities of an assistant in nursing?

Assistant In Nursing (AIN) professionals provide essential support to registered nurses and other healthcare staff by assisting with patient care tasks. Their responsibilities often include helping patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility. AINs also take vital signs, observe and report changes in patient conditions, and maintain a clean and safe environment. While they work under supervision, AINs play a crucial role in delivering quality healthcare and ensuring patient comfort.
