  • Deliver content to support enterprise implementations, such as demos, presentations, workshops, webinars, meetings, training, and more
  • Act as a project coordination lead on enterprise implementations, including scheduling meetings, taking notes, tracking actions and deadlines, and following up with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactively manage task lists, issue logs, and project trackers using tools such as Asana, JIRA, Google Sheets, and Excel
  • Assist with the preparation of project documentation, such as timelines, implementation plans, customer communications, and status reports
  • Support the team with simplifying and enhancing our existing processes through AI automations and tooling
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure customers are set up for success
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and supporting documentation of best practices
  • Support wider team operations as needed. This may include research, reporting, asset creation, and internal initiatives
