Job description

Job Title

Under general supervision, provides support to the benefits team and Assistant Director HRIS & Benefits; responds to benefit inquiries and provides referrals to online resources; performs data entry, report generation, and online transactions related to workers' compensation, leave management and other benefit plans; ensures deadlines are met; professionally handles employee confidential information; provides technical support to users; analyzes data requests; maintains procedural documentation; and performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

Any combination of progressively responsible related clerical office experience, related undergraduate education, and/or post high school clerical training that is the equivalent to four years of full-time employment. Knowledge of employee benefits, including insurance and retirement plans, and the ability to explain key benefit concepts preferred.
