Job Description Qualifications: Associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) 1+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support preferred Familiarity with Indeed and other recruiting platforms is a huge plus Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates through job boards, social media, college recruiting. the company website, and referrals. Conduct video screenings to assess qualifications and extend job offers to suitable candidates.

Attend career fairs and build partnerships with colleges, veteran organizations, and career service offices in regions where our teams are deployed. Collaborate with team members to improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, and overall HR efficiency. Lead the new hire onboarding processes, including preparing paperwork, contacting new hires, and conducting the HR section of new hire orientations Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and employee records Handle employee inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses along with escalate as necessary.

Monitor and manage the progress of various HR programs, including the anniversary program, referral program, uniform process. Provides HR Administrative support assisting with special projects designated to the HR Department Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process. Performs other duties as assigned.
