Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization within our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and housekeeping management, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests enjoy a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment.

This role is located at The Rocks Club, 27440 N Alma School Parkway Scottsdale, AZ 85262

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas are clean, well-maintained, and meet established standards.
  • Manage and train housekeeping staff, providing guidance on best practices for cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
  • Develop cleaning schedules and assign tasks to ensure efficient workflow and coverage throughout the facility.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
  • Implement inventory control measures for cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
  • Address guest inquiries or concerns related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special requests or events requiring additional housekeeping support.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in floor care, industrial cleaning, and custodial services.
Experience
  • Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry is preferred.
