Job description

Assistant Director of Sales
We are seeking a results-driven Assistant Director of Sales to support hotel sales operations. Working alongside the Director of Sales, you will assist in leading the sales team, identifying growth opportunities, and executing strategies to meet revenue goals.
Compensation: $55,000 $75,000
Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and reports to forecast revenue and identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales to set and achieve sales targets.
  • Engage with customers to provide tailored solutions and enhance client relationships.
  • Support and mentor the sales team, providing training to improve performance.
  • Address customer concerns and ensure efficient sales operations.
  • Assist in managing the sales budget and tracking expenses.
  • Represent the hotel at industry events to build partnerships and drive business.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by hotel leadership.

Qualifications:
  • Marketing or Hospitality preferred.
  • 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-focused approach with problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Flexibility to travel and work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
