HOME HEALTH AIDE SANZIE HEALTHCARE SERVICES

JobTitle: Direct support staff/Registered Behavior Tech


Job Summary of the primary function/purpose of the po1ltlon: responsible for assisting an adult woman with a disability In her daily activities and routines.


Wort schedule: Monday Through Friday, 6:00 am to 8:30 am AND PM hours, 4.00 pm -8.00 pm. Saturday and Sunday, 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Note: When school is out on the above days of the week, the schedule will be from 10 am to 6 pm.


Salary Range: $14/hour


Total Hours 40 hours weekly: No more than 40 hours Weekly.


Qualifications: The person should be able to read and write the English language, Must be punctual, Must have a valid Georgia driver's license,


Duties/Responslbllltles:


  • Assist with personal care: Lifting and transferring, personal grooming, showering, Toileting, and helping me take care of my hair.

  • Completing daily maintenance tasks at home,

  • Domestic/ household assistance: Fixing Laundry, vacuuming and dusting, cleaning the bathroom, dishwashing, cleaning my room, helping with washing and arranging my clothes etc.

  • Domestic/ Household assistance: keeping my home clean and in order and preparing all Wash, dry, and fold laundry, and change bed sheets.

  • Health and safety care: assisting with medications, a dally range of motion, or stretching

  • Community Assistance: Connecting to community activities, helping to get together with friends and families. Meeting new people, attending appointments, helping me entertain In my house, grocery shopping with or for me, assisting and taking me to my doctor's appointment. Attend social and recreational events In the community, go to movies, attend church, work out with a persona! Trainer, attend the weekly bowling activities, participate In practices with local bands, do horse riding, and attend play

  • Assist with the physical exercise

Wort Environment: Most work will be performed In the employer's home but may also be required In community settings.


Additional Remarks: Ability to be flexible, adjust work habits on feedback, and effectively communicate with the employer. Punctuality and reliability are essential qualities for this position.
