TruBlue of Frisco, Prosper, & Celina is hiring for an Assistant Home Service Technician (Handyman/Handywoman/Contractor).

Role Overview
We're looking for a reliable, hard-working Assistant Home Service Technician to join our team and help our customers live better at home. You'll work alongside other Lead Technicians performing a variety of repair, maintenance, and improvement projects-learning new skills along the way and pitching-in wherever needed.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with general repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks including:
    • Minor carpentry (doors, trim, framing)
    • Drywall repair and painting
    • Basic plumbing (toilet installs, faucet replacement, leak fixes)
    • Basic electrical (switch/outlet replacement, light fixture installs)
    • Tile, flooring, and other general repairs
  • Arrive on time, in uniform, carry tools, materials and equipment to and from job sites
  • Help prepare work areas and clean up after jobs are completed
  • Follow instructions and work safely at all times
  • Provide great customer service on-site, representing the company in a professional manner
  • Support other Technicians as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and time spent on jobs
