Job Description:
The Institutional Events Assistant supports the Logistics Strategist in coordinating and executing campus events. This position demands strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks independently, and a commitment to outstanding customer service. Key responsibilities include coordinating event logistics for both departmental and student organizations across campus. Duties involve drafting event agreements, maintaining consistent communication with clients via phone and email, developing room layouts using specialized software, accommodating unique event needs, and ensuring compliance with all campus policies and procedures. Additional responsibilities include answering incoming calls, assisting guests and clients with professionalism, and completing other duties as assigned.
