Position Overview:

Review of investigative forms for completeness, accuracy, and correct type of investigation needed. Follow up with requesting or investigating offices to fill gaps in needed information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receives telephone calls and respond to incoming e-mail messages on "Customer Service" web address.
  • Ability to review e-QIP request online and provide technical assistance with the applicant.
  • Prepares, submits, monitors, and updates computer tracking systems concerning appropriate case material.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three (3) years of directly related experience performing administrative support
  • in personnel security functions.
  • Shall demonstrate a proficiency in various types of information technology applications, such as Microsoft Office, including MS Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Written and oral communications skills commensurate with positions
