Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and motivated Delivery Helper to support our Route Drivers in delivering world‑class products to customers throughout Lake County. This role is hands‑on, physical, and essential to ensuring our customers receive outstanding service every day.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Route Delivery Driver in delivering beer cases and kegs to bars, restaurants, liquor stores, grocery stores, and other retail accounts.
  • Stock shelves, build and maintain product displays, organize backrooms, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with customers, supervisors, and team members.
  • Uphold company standards for safety, accuracy, and customer service.

Skills & Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform repetitive manual handling of cases.
  • Ability to lift, move, carry, push, and pull:
    • Up to 20 lbs regularly
    • Up to 160 lbs (keg) occasionally
  • Basic math skills without a calculator.
  • Strong work ethic, dependability, and a positive attitude.
