Primary Responsibilities:

  • Locate medical screening results/documentation to ensure quality measures are followed in the closure of gaps
  • Partner with operations and physician leadership to determine the best strategies to support the practice of our members ensuring that recommended preventative health screenings are completed and HEDIS gaps in care are addressed.  Conduct outbound calls to members an/or providers to assist in scheduling appointments, closing gaps in care or chart collection activities
  • Answer inbound calls from members and/or providers regarding appointments, gaps in care, and customer needs
  • Leads improvement projects
  • Work onsite at clinic locations daily to report out/address deficiencies on HEDIS performance to providers, management and clinical support staff
  • Identify and seek out opportunities within one's own workflow to improve efficiency

Required Qualifications:

  • Medical Assistant Certification or relevant experience
  • 2 years working in the Healthcare field
  • 2 years working with programs in HEDIS Quality, Stars experience 
  • Experience working directly with clinicians, provider practices and/or care delivery network experience with Medicaid, Medicare or other public programs
  • MS Office skills

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $24 - $43 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
