Job Description:

Our client is a successful Hedge Fund that is known for being a leader in the market. This firm is seeking a true, career, executive assistant who thrives in a well-structured, and corporate environment. The ideal candidate for this executive assistant role will be incredibly hard working, excited about supporting a team, collaborative, and receptive to feedback.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex, every changing, multi-leg travel for MDs and senior associates, including ground transportation, and hotel
  • Coordinate calendar and understand prioritization of schedule.
  • Manage email and phone correspondence, prioritize as needed
  • Take on ad-hoc projects as needed
  • Run reports and conduct research for direct reports of the Managing Directors as needed
  • Prepare materials for meetings in regards to presentations, producing copies of documents, and other tasks as needed
  • Track department invoices and manage expenses
  • Book conference rooms and confirm meetings
  • Organize conference calls and book space for calls
  • Manage catering orders and other vendor management for department meetings and events
  • Some personal work as needed, such as grabbing lunches, running small errands

Job Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree required
  • 5+ years of administrative support
  • Excel Savvy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficient in Concur software and Salesforce a plus

Compensation:

  • $110,000 - $175,000
