Job description

Retail leadership experience may qualify you for this exciting opportunity. Our friendly atmosphere, and commitment to excellence make Ace Hardware the Place for a fulfilling career.

Shift Supervisors will assist and/or fill in for the manager on duty. The primary responsibilities of in-store management are to, complete assigned projects, ensure associates are completing their assigned tasks, help associates with any policy or procedure questions. Answer customer requests that are beyond what front line associates can answer. Are responsible for opening/close store in absence of MOD. Ensure customers are receiving the highest level of customer service.

Pervious retail supervisory experience required. Hardware/Home Center experience a plus.

The ability to lift 50 pounds consistently, and to stand and walk for up to 8 hours during shift are required.
