RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Assistant Manager, you will:
- Support the General Manager in daily operations of the restaurant
- Lead, coach, and motivate your team to deliver exceptional food and guest experiences
- Foster a fun, fast-paced, and fulfilling work environment
- Contribute to sales growth and profit goals
- Manage inventory, scheduling, and labor management
- Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness
- Participate in hiring, training, and developing team members
- Help build and maintain a culture of pride, service, and attention to detail

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest service
  • Strong leadership skills — ability to coach, train, and hold team members accountable
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage time, priorities, and operational responsibilities effectively
  • Experience with financials (inventory, scheduling, labor management, P&Ls, spreadsheets)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Evening availability — must be able to close the restaurant
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Ability to stand/walk for shifts (up to 8-10 hours if needed)
  • Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
  • Comfortable with bending, stooping, and occasional ladder use
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Background check required
