Inventory Processor
Position Description
This position is responsible for posting and processing a variety of inventory functions with minimal errors to support the daily operations of the shared services Inventory department. Some of the focuses of this position include assisting with training and new processes, review and reconciliation of reporting, and mastery of all processes within the Inventory Team to support better the focus of Dealership Support & maintaining the promise of the Service Level Agreement.
Essential Requirements
  • 1+ years of Automotive Inventory experience
  • Mastery of problem-solving and escalation process
  • Mastery of 10+ New Vehicle Manufacturers (Pre-inventory process to dealer trades)
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, Time and Priority Management
  • Mastery of Used Vehicle Transfer & Stock In Standardized Process
  • Ability to review & process loaner workbooks & Bank of America Floorplan payoff/refloors

Essential Responsibilities
  • Process intermediate-level data entry tasks and float as needed through responsibilities prioritizing SLA, this can include but is not limited to:
    • Clicklane & Used Vehicle Stock In Compliance
    • New Vehicle - Pre-inventory, New Stock In, F Status, and Dealer Trade
    • Loaner & Floorplan - Payoff & Key all BOCs accurately & timely; able to process efficiently all loaner workbooks with minimal errors.
  • Ensure weekly reporting & review for the inventory team is completed, this can include but is not limited to:
    • Dealer Defined Review Reporting & Reconciliation
    • Intercompany Balancing
    • Acquisition Team Reporting & Reconciliation
    • Manheim Wholesale Reconciliation Reporting
  • Handle all CDK V template additions and changes when requested
  • Maintain effective communications with Dealership Accounting Teams
  • Support & problem solve new innovations in technology or process with leadership
  • Provide support for training and team assistance
