NOT A REMOTE/HYBRID POSITION. FULL TIME IN-OFFICE POSITION

Position Purpose:

We are seeking a talented and highly organized Graphic Designer to support a growing portfolio of premium beef brands, as well as broader corporate and internal business needs. This role will develop creative assets that strengthen multiple distinct brand identities across retail, foodservice, international, and direct-to-consumer channels, while also supporting corporate communications, Human Resources, recruiting, and internal initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a versatile designer who can easily adapt to different brand voices, audiences, and visual identities. They should be equally comfortable designing packaging, sales presentations, product materials, digital marketing assets, and promotional materials while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and execute creative assets that support a portfolio of beef brands across retail, foodservice, international, and direct-to-consumer channels.
  • Design sales presentations and other materials that support business development and customer relationships.
  • Develop product spec sheets, product guides, brochures, and other sales collateral.
  • Design and maintain packaging assets, including labels, boxes, case graphics, inserts, and point-of-sale materials.
  • Assist with the creation of digital assets for email campaigns, websites, digital advertising, and social media, as assigned.
  • Support Human Resources and corporate teams with recruiting materials, internal communications, presentations, signage, employee initiatives, and company events.
  • Develop creative materials that support corporate communications and reinforce a consistent company identity across internal and external audiences.
  • Support new product launches, seasonal campaigns, trade shows, sponsorships, recruiting efforts, corporate events, and promotional initiatives across multiple brands and departments.
  • Ensure each brand maintains a distinct visual identity while upholding company-wide design standards and brand guidelines.
  • Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with external vendors, packaging suppliers, printers, and production partners.
  • Organize and maintain design templates, brand assets, corporate assets, and creative files.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and meeting deadlines. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably within the food, agriculture, consumer packaged goods, meat, or e-commerce industries.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Experience creating both print and digital marketing materials.
  • Strong understanding of packaging design, print production, and file preparation.
  • Experience developing business-to-business sales materials, customer presentations, and corporate communications.
  • Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple brands, departments, and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Photography, videography, content creation, or food styling experience is a plus.
