Job description

At Tornatech, the Marketing Department serves as the face of the company, coordinating and producing all materials representing the business. Marketing creates awareness, engages customers, prepares promotional activities and materials and many other responsibilities.



Reporting to the Corporate Marketing Manager, the Graphic Designer will deliver on-brand graphic design solutions across a wide range of marketing and communications initiatives. We are looking for a creative mind that can transform ideas and creative concepts into visual assets, while staying on brand and tone. The ideal candidate must have excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). They are highly organized and can balance multiple projects and timelines, from beginning to final stages. They will also work on design projects for the Human Resources department.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Oversee design and production of all online and offline marketing material.
  • Extend creative concepts to integrated marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Creation of graphics for newsletters, PowerPoint presentations, reports, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing documentation.
  • Implement the Marketing Department's content strategy and manage the content calendar.
  • Create and schedule all social media posts.
  • Update the media center with product updates, holidays, and other updates on our website.
  • Create and edit photomontages and/or product photography.
  • Organize, update, and manage forms and/or reports, as required.
  • Maintain library of templates and documents.
  • Creation, distribution, and management of training certificates.
  • Assist the Human Resources department with the production of the company newsletter, social media posts and on various projects, as required.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the Marketing Department in the realization of different projects.


Conditions for success:

  • College degree or higher in Graphic Design.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft office and the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro & InDesign).
  • Strong creative skills and the capacity to deliver creative concepts on multiple platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail, multi-task and follow up skills.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility, initiative, accountability, and personal responsibility for work.
  • Must be able to work well independently with an ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Bilingual, English (expert) and French (intermediate to expert), written & spoken.
  • Experience in social media is an asset.
  • Experience with HubSpot is an asset.
