  • Follow all company safety policies, traffic laws, and applicable DOT requirements.

What We're Looking For

  • Ability to pass a DOT physical and maintain a valid DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate.
  • Previous driving, delivery, or transportation experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to frequently lift and move items weighing 50 pounds or more.
  • Ability to work in warehouses, loading docks, retail locations, donation centers, and outdoor weather conditions.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Why Join Goodwill Tenneva?
  • Make a meaningful impact by helping support employment and training programs in your community.
  • Join a mission-driven organization serving Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia.
  • Work in an active role with changing routes and responsibilities.
