What are Assistant Golf Pros?

Assistant Golf Pros are professionals who support the head golf professional at a golf club or course. Their responsibilities often include providing golf instruction, running tournaments, assisting with pro shop operations, and offering excellent customer service to members and guests. They also help with club fittings, merchandise sales, and may supervise or train other staff. Many Assistant Golf Pros are working towards becoming a head golf professional themselves, often pursuing PGA certification. This role is essential in maintaining the smooth operation and high standards of a golf facility.
