Position Summary

The Mini Golf Representative is responsible for providing an outstanding guest experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of the mini golf facility. This role assists with opening and closing procedures, customer service, cash handling, maintaining the course and facility, and ensuring a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, organized, and able to work independently while helping the team operate efficiently.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Explain course rules, pricing, promotions, and answer guest questions.
  • Open and close the facility following established procedures.
  • Monitor the mini golf course to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper guest conduct.
  • Assist with inventory, stocking retail items, snacks, and beverages.
  • Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues in a courteous manner.
  • Support scheduling needs by coordinating daily operations and assisting team members as needed.
  • Help train new employees on customer service standards, operating procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Ensure company policies and safety procedures are followed at all times.
  • Communicate operational issues or maintenance needs to ownership or upper management.
  • Assist with special events, birthday parties, group outings, and promotional activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support daily operations.
