Description

Stonewolf Golf Course is looking for hardworking and dependable Grounds Crew Members to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for assisting with tree removal, tree trimming,  land clearing, stump grinding, and general outdoor maintenance. If you enjoy working outdoors, operating equipment, and being part of a skilled team, this is a great opportunity to grow with us!  Open to all applicants looking to looking to work at a golf course or looking for an outside work environment.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist with tree removal, trimming, and land clearing by hauling brush, cutting logs, and cleaning up job sites.

- Operate and maintain tools and equipment, including chainsaws, stump grinders, and chippers.

- Ensure job sites are kept clean, organized, and safe throughout the workday.

- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to protect yourself, the team, and customers.

- Work efficiently as part of a crew to complete projects on time and to the highest standards.

- Communicate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and job execution.

*Training provided for all duties

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

*Experience in tree care, landscaping, or outdoor labor is a plus but not required.

*Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.

*Comfortable working with chainsaws, chippers, and other outdoor equipment (training provided).

*Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work as part of a team.

*Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.

*Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus but not required).
