Responsibilities
Golf Cart Operations

  • Prepare carts with towels, water, scorecards, tees, and other amenities
  • Support pace-of-play and daily course flow as directed by golf leadership
  • Load/unload clubs and bags for members and guests
  • Direct cart traffic and enforce cart path/course rules
  • Return carts to charging stations and report maintenance needs
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness of the bag drop, cart barn, and staging areas
  • Follow all safety guidelines and club service standards
Pro Shop Operations
  • Greet golfers, check them in, and process tee time reservations and payments
  • Ensure golfers have the necessary equipment and supplies for their round
  • Sell and restock merchandise, apparel, and golf equipment
  • Answer phone calls and provide information about rates, rules, tee times, and course conditions
  • Keep the shop and display areas clean, organized, and well-merchandised
  • Handle basic POS transactions and cash handling
  • Assist with tournament preparation and events as needed
Requirements
  • Friendly, customer-service-oriented attitude
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40-50 lbs (bags, equipment) for extended periods
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
  • Basic math and cash-handling skills
  • Prior golf course, retail, or customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Basic computer and point-of sale experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license (for cart/vehicle operation)
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
