Hillwood Country Club, located in the quiet hills of Belle Meade in Nashville TN, is a picturesque haven for our members to enjoy a range of amenities, including our 18-hole golf course and simulator room, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, a two-story fitness facility, multiple dining rooms, premier holiday events, and so much more! HC prides itself on being a top club in Nashville that offers the highest quality amenities, while maintaining a stellar reputation and inviting family atmosphere.
Hillwood is currently hiring now that the golf course will be open August 2024 to begin work in September due to the completion of the renovation. Golf Operations Staff for our 18-hole golf course, originally designed by legendary golf architect Dick Wilson. The outside Golf Operations Staff are some of the most visible employees in the facility. This position is tasked with greeting members and guests, taking care of the practice tee, retrieving members and guests' golf bags, taking care of golf carts, and assisting members and guests with any of their golf needs. Part-Time and Full-Time positions available (Full-Time preferred).

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Engage with members and their guests at bag drop
  • Manage the bag room where clubs are stored
  • Monitor and clean the short game and long game practice areas
  • Maintain the washing, cleaning, and stocking of our golf cart fleet
  • Monitor the towel, scorecard, pencil, and golf tee supply
  • Be accessible and available to assist in any station of need
