HIWAN GOLF CLUB IS HIRING!
A Full-time and Part-time Position
This position is the soul of Hiwan Golf Club's Customer Service!
Do you like having fun at work and playing golf after work or on your off day? Then outside services at Hiwan Golf Club is for you! The outside services position will be the first person the Members see when they pull into the parking lot. This role will be utilized to enhance our Member's experience ensuring that all our Members begin their day on a positive note from the moment they arrive!
General Duties:
  • Smile and greet every Member and Guest.
  • Removal of all trash around the pro shop, parking lot, and range.
  • Keep the outside area clean and organized.
  • Assist members and guests in the parking lot to set up power carts and haul clubs to the appropriate areas.
  • Review daily schedule to set up teaching stations, junior golf, and/or clinic stations. 
  • Work closely with the Assistant Golf Staff and other departments. Foster an environment of teamwork. 
  • Conduct oneself in a professional manner. 
  • Know and adhere to all Club and Golf Department-related policies and procedures. 
  • Stock and clean carts for Members.
  • Clear the driving range and thoroughly clean all range balls.

Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience. 
  • Strong organizational and communication skills. 
  • Golf experience/knowledge preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License. 
  • Ability to use light machinery for club repair. 
  • Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office software.
