Job Description

The New Business Sales Account Representative will be responsible for the below categories of business. 

1)  Business Development

  • Use existing client lists and existing target lists to prospect, recruit and secure new business.
  • Develop marketing strategies, additional targets and create avenues for new client growth.
  • Retain existing business.
  • Grow business in Raleigh, NC, Greensboro, NC, Charlotte, NC and Wilmington, NC with future branch growth expected.

2)  Customer Relations

  • Assist GM and company managers with client questions and concerns.
  • Develop new business opportunities for the company's various divisions (commercial, residential, aquatic programming).

3)  Marketing

  • Assist GM to enhance marketing programs.
  • Attend industry trade shows as needed to assist with sales and branding.

4)  Quality Control

  • Complete random inspections of company facilities to gauge quality and safety.
  • In-season inspections of operational swimming facilities will focus on compliance with County and State codes.
  • Job site training of construction projects will focus on OSHA standards.
  • Warehouse inspections will focus on safety as well as materials handling and employee dress code.

5)  Community Outreach

  • Develop and implement outreach programs to enhance recreation program development, safety and health benefits.
  • Work in coordination with other divisions.
